Excellent food. Generous portions, fair prices. Service was peerless. The Big Daddy is massive. Good grief I tried to eat the entire thing but was happy to get a third of it down. Stop in at this Greenwood staple.
We originally came with low hopes.. but we were pleasantly surprised! Great service, great prices, great food! Staff was awesome! A+ new favorite place in town!
We were out on a motorcycle ride and at the last minute found this place. Very friendly staff that let me use my limited Spanish to order our food. The food was the BEST Mexican food we have found in Arkansas by far. Being from California we KNOW what good Mexican food should be. I would give them a solid 7 out of 10. The only draw back is they tone down there salsa so we had to ask for a more FUEGO or spicy salsa... that green salsa was a 10.
What a wonderful place! The food is phenomenal! Thier stuffed poblano was delicious, tacos are amazing, and their Big Daddy burrito can easily feed a family of five. We will definitely be back! Hearing the staff singing along to music, and laughing and in the kitchen sets such a lovely atmosphere.
Wow o wow if your hungry definitely try the Parrillada Jalisco you will not be disappointed enough for 2 every bite was delicious.
Great food and they got it to us fast. Waitress was great and even gave us take home teas we didn’t ask for.
Had to stop in, my papa built this building back in the 90’s and it was called The Willows… so we HAD to stop. Food was excellent and so was service. Prices are great as well.
Not a lot of options for Mexican food here in Greenwood and having recently moved here from Denver, Colorado where we had 100’s of great Mexican restaurants we were a little spoiled. So after asking around it seemed that there were only two choices. The one that several folks suggested we tried first was for us was just OK. But it was not what we were used to in Denver. So yesterday we tried El Palenque. It was great! Service was good, the staff was very friendly and the food was muy bueno. We will go back.
